The AIO SSD controller is built with the highest-level security with multiple data encryption and protection schemes. It supports various flash interfaces such as SLC, MLC, TLC, QLC with either ONFI 3.0 (NV-DDR1, NV-DDR2) or Toggle mode interface at data rate up to 1200M/T. its 4K LDPC ECC engine engine enables efficient flash management and improves endurance of NAND flash.

The AIO SSD controller is designed to speed up SSD read and write performance, which can achieve up to 560MB/s Sequential Read, 520MB/s Sequential Write, 92K IOPS Random Read, 70K IOPS Random Write. In addition, it also supports multiple advanced features, including Smart Cache, multi-level power management, thermal throttling protection, etc.
