AIO’s SD Memory Card Controllers are built on TSMC’s 28nm process and support the latest SD 6.1 specification. They support SD Memory Cards ranging from 16GB to 2TB and are available in three product lineups to meet different customer performance requirements.
With support for the DDR225 Host Interface, they deliver higher data transfer speeds than SDR104. LDPC ECC technology enhances NAND Flash error correction and data reliability, while an efficient low-power design optimizes power consumption for mobile and consumer devices, delivering both high performance and reliability.
